Our basic philosophy
that "a company is a place of human resource development" appears in our own
educational system which respects the will as a technician in particular. We
have set up a versatile educational system to train true engineers who have both
a mind trying to accomplish aspirations as engineers and a technology enabling
it. After joining the company, we will support the growth as a professional
through basic training at Off-JT for 3 months, then practical guidance at OJT.
In-house training to support self-development, subsidy system also enriched.
